48 hours in pictures

Upon arrival in Hastings...dinner la casa Sinclair then Hastings Aquatic Center.  Uncle Tom, Aunt Sarah, and Gwen joined us!

Noah and Scott at the pottery studio.

First stop...The Minnesota Zoo with intentions of focusing on the Dinosaur exhibit.  Notice I had to contain Hayden and Jacob to make sure we made it to the Dinosaur exhibit (the furthest place from the entrance).

Didn't make it too far.  Boys love mud.

And digging for bones.

And how could you resist watching the Prairie Dogs?

Dinosaur exhibit.  We made it!

After lunch...Woodland Park.

He finds the boys to be hilarious.

Jacob chased Hayden around the park trying his best to keep up with him.

Hayden the T-Rex tamer.

Jacob the light haired warrior.

Nathan the one with extra hands.

Noah the fierce rider.

She finally let me out of the stroller.

Science Museum!  The United States was occupied so I had them sit north of my next favorite place in the world.  Scott was with us, Nathan was home with the babysitter.  Much easier.

After watching these two I am pretty sure they DO NOT have a future as news anchors.

Myself either.

The Pirate exhibit...very interesting!

Touching real pirate treasure!

Moving on from the Pirate exhibit...Jake was Hayden's little shadow.

Looking through microscopes.

Early training for Survivor.

Looking through a lens of what a newborn sees.

In a dinosaur belly!

Noah and the tornado.

Cossetta's!

This time the police officer was giving out tickets.

Something is wrong with Scott's watermelons.  They don't taste good either.  Just ask Noah.

Traffic jam due to soccer game at the stadium.

While Hayden and Jake were outside, Nathan was in 7th heaven.

Hanging with cousin Noah.

Dump truck.  Sand box.  Garden hose.  Awesome.

These are not all mine.

Mid-morning movie.  The Muppets Treasure Island.  Nathan was napping and I was drinking.  Drinking coffee.

Last stop...Roadside park.

Hayden had eyed this big red slide the first night he came into town.

Finally!

And while I was taking pictures of Noah and Hayden, this was happening behind me.  I am pretty sure Jake was taking money for a turn to push his brother in the stroller.

Nathan rode around the circle at least 4 times with the kids took turns pushing him.

Notice baby in the swing second from right.  He's mine.  I left him there unattended while climbing the equipment to snap this pic.
We had 48 hours with Noah and Hayden here and in true Nikki fashion we utilized every single hour. In hindsight, I may not have tried to go the the Minnesota Zoo and The Science Museum in one day.  But we did.  And we survived.  Thanks Noah and Hayden for a great couple of days!  It was a blast.
