Upon waking (very early of course) Jake spots his balloons and presents.

I'm three today.

Smashing balloons is as much fun as opening presents.

We have to wait and see.

Three years ago today Jacob made his debut into the world.  What a fine day that was.  I still remember it like it was yesterday.  It is amazing how time flies - even more so when you are raising kids.  Today I am sitting in my pajamas drinking coffee while Jacob plays with his new toys and Dad cooks up some French toast a la strawberries.  A fine way to start off the new year.  We are full of thanks for our little boy, the one on the way, and our dear family and friends.  Wishing you a new year filled with love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
