Graham is one of Jacob's dear friends and he is a trooper. About three weeks ago he had his third (and he's just 2 years old) and final (hooray!) heart surgery. They were hoping to have him home by now but they are still regulating some medication and watching his sodium levels. They are hopeful that he will get to go home Friday. I know his Dad and sister Mary are anxiously awaiting him to come home and my dear friend (and super mom) Kara is patiently waiting for things to fall into place so she can bring her little boy home. Keep him and the family in your prayers that he will get to come home very soon and that his nutrient levels do what they should and he heals quickly! See you soon Graham!
