We took a spur of the moment trip to Bemidji over the weekend. We had plans to stay in Hastings over the 4th but as we sat inside looking out at the rain clouds, we decided to jump in the car and head north 4 1/2 hours to sunny skies and 75 degrees. It was well worth the drive!1. Captain Jake heads to a secret fishing spot.

5. Na Na. He can't quite say "Grandma" but "Pa Pa" very clearly means Grandpa.
